What is a limit transaction?
What is a limit transaction?
Limit trading is divided into limit buy and limit sell:
Limit Buy = limit buy ---- limit must be executed at a price equal to or lower than the specified price
Example: The current price of Bitcoin is 12000usdt. The editor expects that the future market will fall to 11000usdt and then start to rebound higher. Then the editor will place a pending order at 11000, and then use the limit price to buy. At this time, only when the price of Bitcoin drops to 11000 Or below 11000, the pending order of the editor will be executed.
Note: When placing a limit buy order, if the order price is higher than the current current price, then if there is a suitable sell order corresponding to it, it will be directly traded; if the following unit price is lower than the current current price, there will be no transaction at the time of placing the order until the price drops The transaction will not be executed until the unit price is placed.
Limit Sell = Limit Sell ---- Limit must be sold at a price equal to or higher than the specified price
Example: The current price of Bitcoin is 12000 usdt. The editor expects that the market will rise to 16000 usdt in the future and then begin to fall. Then the editor will place a pending order at 16000 and sell it at the limit price. At this time, only when the price of Bitcoin rises to 16000 or higher, the pending order of the editor will be executed.
Note: When placing a sell limit order, if the order price is higher than the current current price, there will be no transaction at the time of placing the order; if the following unit price is lower than the current current price, the order will be executed if there is a suitable buy order at the time of placing the order.
